BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PRESIDENT
Carl Hebert

Carl is a Reno-area attorney who has served on the Board of Directors since January 1993. He has been Board President since 1995. In law practice for 20 years, Carl has a degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and has lived in Reno for 19 years. He is an active member of a local church.

VICE PRESIDENT
Greg McIntosh

Greg is the Lead Pastor at First Baptist Church of Reno and has been in Reno since February 2000. He grew up in Idaho, and graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He worked as an engineer before being called to pastoral ministry. Greg received his Masters of Divinity from Golden Gate Theological Seminary in Mill Valley, CA and has served as a pastor since 1993.

Before coming to Reno, he served in two other churches: As the Lead Pastor in Oakdale, CA and as an Associate Pastor in Stockton, CA.

Greg has been married to Kristina for 19 years. They have three children.

TREASURER
Coy Russell, Jr.

Coy has been a registered construction inspector for more than 40 years, specializing in project management and inspection programs overseeing residential, educational, industrial and medical facilities. He has been involved with such projects as the major medical center Kaiser Walnut Creek and Children's Hospital in Oakland.

His many other projects include the Stanford University Cancer Treatment Center at Palo Alto. Coy, who holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and University of San Francisco, currently works in Construction Administration for NTD Architects in Auburn, CA.

Coy has led Young Life Clubs, taught Sunday School classes for newlyweds and has held positions as deacon and elder.

He has been married to Karen for 42 years and the two live in Applegate, CA. They have two daughters and two grandchildren.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rick Redding, M.A., MFT, L.A.D.C.

Rick is licensed in Nevada both as a Marriage Family Therapist and Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton and Pacific Christian College in Southern California.

Rick, who has been at the Mission since 1997, is an ordained minister and has served as an Associate Pastor and on numerous church boards and committees.

He and his wife, Charlotte, are the founders of 2 for 1 Marriage Ministries, a Christ-centered outreach to couples blending Biblical teaching, humor and practical application. The featured speakers at dozens of seminars, Rick and Charlotte also are speakers with Enjoying Marriage, a non-denominational ministry that conducts weekend seminars across the globe bringing couples closer to God.

They live in Reno with their four children.
